Our office update following Governor Abbot's New Executive Order as of Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
On Friday, April 17th, Governor Greg Abbott issued a new executive order impacting all health care providers. The Governor’s stated purpose of this new order is to slowly and safely begin to allow more health care testing to be provided to patients, while still adhering to the strict safety protocols and orders related to minimizing coronavirus spread.
We realize that we must take this order seriously, and our top priority is to ensure the safety and health of all of our patients and team members. Dr. Rhodes will continue to see patients on a case by case basis. We are limiting appointments to one person at a time in the office, and we require everyone to wear masks. We are also awaiting a delivery of non-contact thermometers, so that we can check everyone's temperature upon entry to the office as well.
Please contact us to see how we can help with your vision care needs. Our downtown Seaholm location will remain open, Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with one team member. Our Domain Northside location will remain closed until further notice. We will be answering the phones and email for both locations.
